Educational Purpose
The app supports vocabulary practice. It is not professional, academic-admissions, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Definitions, examples, translations, images, stories, and scores may contain mistakes or differ from an exam provider, teacher, or dictionary. The app does not guarantee a test score, admission outcome, language-proficiency result, or other educational result.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass platform protections, or use its content unlawfully.
Rights in the app, its software, and learning assets remain with their respective owners. Using the app does not transfer ownership of that material.
Third-Party Services
Google Play, Play Asset Delivery, ML Kit, Android, and other platform services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Their availability and behavior are outside the app developer's complete control.
Availability And Changes
The Lite app is currently offered without ads, subscriptions, or an in-app payment flow. Features may be changed, corrected, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued in future versions.
No uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation is promised.
Warranty And Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without warranties, and responsibility for indirect or consequential loss is limited. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes To These Terms
Material changes should appear in the app and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their stated effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
